The Vision of RACA (Randfontein Arts & Culture Association) is to promote the arts, in all its forms, in and around the West Rand community through encouraging the youth to participate and become involved in the artistic and cultural experience.
The Mission of RACA is then to present an annual eisteddfod to allow the youth a platform in which to participate in cultural activities and not only develop their creative talents but ultimately develop a confidence within themselves and creating and nurturing their own creative voices.
